David Paterson, BAppSc, GradDip BusAdmin
Chairman

David Paterson began his career as a geologist. He has diverse experience in the Australian minerals industry including Zinc Corporation Limited (Broken Hill mines), Minerals Mining & Metallurgy Limited, New Guinea Goldfields Ltd and BHP Company Limited (Exploration Division).

David was a Member of Australian Stock Exchange Ltd and brings over 20 years experience in stockbroking, capital markets and finance to the Company. He was a senior consultant with wealth management group Prescott Securities Ltd and held the position of National Manager Research & Stockbroking for the parent company, WHK Group, from April 2003 to December 2005. Prior to that David was branch manager of Ord Minnett Limited in South Australia.

David was a founding director of ASX listed Terramin Australia Limited and resigned in April 2009 having acted in both executive and non-executive capacities. He has significant experience in all facets of running a mineral exploration company.

He is a Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australia and a Member of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

David does not expect that his directorships with other companies or other business activities will affect his ability to act as Chairman of the Company.

Benjamin Miels, FCA, LLB
Director

Ben Miels commenced employment with Chartered Accounting firm Edwards Marshall Pty Ltd (“Edwards Marshall”) in 1990 and was appointed a Senior Manager in 1998. On 1 January 2002 he was admitted to the partnership of Edwards Marshall and in May 2008 he became the Managing Partner of Edwards Marshall.

Ben advises many medium to large businesses and professional clients in the provision of taxation, accounting and business services. He also acts as a director/board adviser to a number of significant clients of the firm and other organisations.

Ben has experience in a wide range of industries including indigenous communities, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, law and wholesale and retail trade.

He is also a well respected presenter and facilitator on the topics of Financial Literacy for Directors and Driving Financial Performance having facilitated these topics of the highly regarded Australian Institute of Company Directors (“AICD”) Company Directors Course for over 7 years.

Ben also works extensively in the provision of litigation support services and has been involved in the investigation of a number of large public company corporate collapses.

Ben is also a past Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia SA/NT Division.

He does not expect that his directorships with other companies or other business activities will affect his ability to act as a Director of the Company.

Jay Stephenson, MBA, FCPA, FCIS, CMA, MAICD
Director, CFO and Company Secretary

Jay Stephenson is a qualified accountant and has been in business development for over 20 years. During this time, he has served as director, CFO and company secretary for both listed and unlisted entities in the resources, manufacturing, wine, hotel and property sectors. He has substantial experience in corporate transactions and managing all areas of finance.

Jay is currently a director of Aura Energy Limited, Drake Resources Limited, Doray Minerals Limited, Strategic Minerals Corporation NL, Nickelore Limited, Parker Resources NL and Quintessential Resources Limited. He is also Company Secretary for a number of other ASX listed companies.

He does not expect that his directorships with other companies or other business activities will affect his ability to act as a Director and Company Secretary of the Company.
